Luccombes Coarse Fishery
Club waterFive pleasure fishing lakes at a holiday park in Exminster, on the southern fringe of Exeter and just 10 minutes from the M5, Devon. Fishing is exclusive to guests staying at the park and day tickets are no longer sold; one of the five, Birch Pond, is fished as a silvers-only water. The 2026 season opens 28 March, with a self-catering holiday stay (Value Stay or Comfort Stay tiers) plus a £50 deposit securing a full week's fishing across all the lakes.
