Caithness - Keiss Beach

Highland · Coastal

Free

A Caithness beach mark north of Wick with year-round flatfish and a seasonal chance of bass and coalfish, fishing much the same as Castletown Beach further down the coast. The rocky Longberry marks sit close by if you want a change from sand, though the source specifically warns those flat rocks get slippery in the rain.

Access: Free shore access, no rod licence needed for sea fishing

Parking: Parking in Keiss village, short walk to the beach
