A lighthouse point just north of Ullapool with genuinely great spinning for pollock, coalfish and wrasse right through the summer, plus mackerel when they're running. It's a proper Highland casting mark, open water in front of you and the Summer Isles on the horizon.

Access: Free shore access, no rod licence needed for sea fishing

Parking: Road-end parking near Rhue, short walk to the point
