One of Wales's largest natural lakes, beside Llanberis in the shadow of Snowdon, holding brown trout, perch and eels alongside a protected Arctic charr population. Part of the shore sits within Llyn Padarn Country Park.

Access: Bank fishing via local angling club permit, EA/NRW rod licence required
