Yateley Lakes Complex

Part of the working gravel-pit fishery at Yateley, Hampshire, historically run by CEMEX Angling across 11 lakes including a stretch of the River Blackwater. The complex is famous within carp circles, with lakes like Car Park Lake and Sandhurst Lake (the latter once named best day-ticket lake in Britain) drawing anglers from across the country. Farnham Angling Society has since bought several of the Yateley waters.

Access: Day tickets available on site; roughly 5,000 anglers a year fish the complex

Ownership of individual lakes within the wider Yateley Complex has been split between CEMEX Angling and Farnham Angling Society in recent years, so check current management before visiting a specific lake.
