Club waterA private members' club fishing Sandymoor Pool, a roughly 5-acre pool set in 7 acres of grounds in Runcorn. Founded in 1949 as the ICI Weston Club angling section, the club bought the water outright in the 1990s when the wider recreation club was sold off, and membership is now tightly restricted with a permanent waiting list.
